A local Berrien Springs church presented our studio class with the challenge of creating a variety of residential units on a piece of land that bordered their place of worship. Along with a pre-existing Elementary School and Kindergarten, Trinity Lutheran wanted this site to be developed into a residential community for their members. A classmate, Anna Brown, and I collaborated to develop this site plan, although each of the following drawings have been drafted by me personally.
