Project Description
This 48-unit condominium development in East Point, GA, comprises two identical buildings with four six-unit levels above an open-air parking garage, a recessed entrance lobby, and egress stairs. The site design was completed by a colleague in TSW’s planning studio, while the building type and overall design were developed through client coordination and in response to client requirements.
