Under the supervision of principal architect H.H., I developed the floor plans and elevations for this condominium project as well as the process renderings. The site design was completed by a colleague in TSW’s planning studio. The project is a 48-unit condominium development comprising two identical buildings with four 6-unit levels above an open-air parking garage, featuring a recessed entrance lobby and egress stairs. The building type and overall design were developed from the client’s inspiration photos.
