Under the supervision of principal architect H.H, I developed the floor plans and elevations for this condominium project as well as creating the process renderings. The site design was done by a colleague in TSW’s planning studio. The Project is a 48 unit condominium project, made up of two identical buildings with four 6-unit levels on top of an open-air parking garage with a recessed entrance lobby and egress stairs. The initial building type requested by the client and the design was developed based on the client's inspiration photos.
